There are so many flavour descriptors that we can find on coffee bags, and what do they mean?

During this seminar, we will explore the world of coffee and coffee production chain as we learn to taste different coffees in globally calibrated methods and rubrics.

Any cancellations or changes to your registration must be done at least 48 hours prior to the class start time in order to be issued a store credit.
If you would like to reschedule a seminar, there will be a $10 rescheduling fee per person and we will do our best to prioritize you into next available time slots.
Cancellations that are made less than 48 hrs before the class start time and students who do not show up to class will forfeit their class fee.
If the total seminar participation is less than 50% of capacity, the seminar will be canceled 48 hours prior to the start time with 100% refund or with free rescheduling.
Due to our small class sizes, our policy has been enstated with hopes that we ensure the seminar leads are compensated for their time and wait listed participants will have the opportunity to join our seminars.Thank you!
